Kathy Jean Gentry

Kathy Jean Gentry (70) passed away Thursday, February 26, 2026 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a member of South Marietta Independent Baptist Church and was a manager at ACCO for 25 years. She enjoyed trips to the Smokey Mountains, watching "I Love Lucy" and cooking shows on tv and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchild.

Services are 2 pm Sunday, March 1, 2026 at Faith Baptist Church in Baldwyn with Bro. Chuck Boxx and Bro. Johnny Hamblin officiating. Burial will follow in the Kirkville Cemetery. Visitation will be 5-8 pm Saturday at Faith Baptist Church. (335 HWY 366 Baldwyn, MS 38824)

Kathy is survived by her husband of 54 years, Bro. Kennith Gentry of Booneville; her sons, Jeff Gentry (Amy) of Booneville and Steven Gentry of Booneville; her granddaughters, Katie Morris (Daniel) of Tupelo and Miranda Gentry and her mother, Codi Kennamore of Tupelo and her great grandson, Archer Morris.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann Caviness; her grandmother, Bessie C. Leslie and her brothers, Wade & Doug Wouldridge.

Pallbearers will be the men of the church.
